Fault reports and resets

If a fault occurs, the horn sounds (20-2), the display (20-9) changes from green to red and shows
one of the messages listed below:

Start inhibit
Battery charge Battery charge insufficient
ISO fault
Oil pressure
Over tempera-
ture
EMERGENCY
STOP
After the faults have been rectified you can clear down the error log in the controller by pressing the
"Reset" button (22-11) and switching off the horn.
Possible cause
Too many start attempts in
succession. The starter is protec-
ted
Insulation fault
Oil pressure too low
Power generator overheated.
Consumer loading demand too
high
An EMERGENCY STOP
was triggered
Remedy
You must wait 30 seconds be-
fore making a further attempt
to start the engine.
Charge the battery / replace it.
Check the insulation of the
consumers.
Fill with the correct amount of
engine oil.
Operate the power generator
only within the permissible
ambient temperature range.
Reduce the consumer loading
demand
Unlatch the EMERGENCY STOP
button by turning it clockwise.
