Assemble screens to all high back units.
Assemble 1 screen to any adjacent platform units.
Measure amount of misalignment between the screen on
the high back unit and the screen on the low back unit.
Measure from front panel to front panel.
If the amount of misalignment is below 1/4" (6mm),
continue to install screens on platform bases. If it's over
1/4" (6mm) to the forward direction, continue to step 5.
If the misalignment is in the rearward direction, tighten
the screen nuts to adjust the alignment forward until aligned.
Remove the platform screen and apply the recommended
number of shims per instruction (see page 1 ).
Reinstall screen and evaluate misalignment.
If misalignment is still above 1/4" (6mm) more
shims may be required (see page 1 ).
If the misalignment is in the rearward direction,
tighten the screen nuts to adjust the alignment forward
until it is visually aligned.
NOTE: Measurement is from the front of one screen to
the front of the other screen.
