No display in the device display and/or no reaction due to EMC impulses, electrostatic discharge = ESD,
surge impulses or line-conveyed interference resistance
• Disconnect the charger from the mains for several minutes and reconnect it.
Significant warming on the casing
• The high performance of the device results in heating of the top and bottom of the casing; this is no fault. Ensure
good ventilation of the charger.
SD/SDHC memory card cannot be initialised
• Display „WRITE ERR": Wrong format. Only SD and SDHC memory cards with up to 32GB and FAT/FAT32 format-
ting are supported. SDXC cards are not supported.
• Display „TOO SLOW": The memory card is not compatible and does not comply with the required timings. This
can happen when using older and particularly slow memory cards.
• Display „PROTECTED": The memory card is writing-protected. Check the slider on the left side of the memory
card.
