2a Main On/Off switch
Appliance main switch is used to switch the whole
appliance on and off.
2b Super cooling button
When the light is on, super cooling has started. Super
cooling cools the refrigerator compartment as cold as
possible for approx. 6 hours. Then the temperature
set before super mode is automatically restored.
Switch on super mode, e.g.:
before placing large quantities of fresh food in the
appliance,
to cool drinks quickly.
2c Temperature display lamp
The numbers next to the temperature display lights
indicate the refrigerator compartment temperatures
in C.
The light flashes until the selected temperature is
reached.
2d Temperature selection button
can be set between +8 C and +2 C.
Press the button until the required temperature lamp
illuminates.
The value last selected is stored.
Observe ambient temperature
and ventilation
The climatic class can be found on the rating plate and
indicates the ambient temperatures at which the applian
ce can be operated. The rating plate is located in the re
frigerator compartment at the bottom left hand side.
Climatic class Permitted ambient temperature
SN +10 C to 32 C
N +16 C to 32 C
ST +18 C to 38 C
T +18 C to 43 C
Ventilation
The air on the rear panel of the appliance heats up.
The warm air must be able to escape. Otherwise, the
refrigerator must work harder. This will increase the
power consumption.
Therefore: Never cover or block ventilation openings!
