Clean the hotplates 0 which have been removed in warm water with a little
detergent in it . For severe incrustations, leave the hotplates 0 to soak for a while
in the water . After washing, rinse the hotplates 0 with clean water to remove all
detergent residues . Dry everything properly . The hotplates 0 must be dry before
you put them back in the appliance!
NOTE
To refit the hotplates 0, place the hotplates 0 onto the base such that both
notches next to the fat outlet 9 grip the hooks on the base . Then press down the
front part of the hotplate 0 until you hear it engage .
Proceed in the same way with the second hotplate 0 .
■ To clean the outer surfaces of the appliance, wipe it down with a damp cloth
and a small amount of washing-up liquid . Wipe off any detergent residues
using a cloth moistened with clean water .
Ensure that all parts are completely dry before re-using the appliance .
■ Wipe the cleaning scraper w with a damp cloth . For more stubborn soiling,
add some mild detergent to the cloth or rinse it in warm water and detergent .
NOTE
■ Clean the emptied fat collector tray 7 in hot water and washing-up liquid .
Rinse off detergent residues with clean water and dry it well .

Store the cleaned appliance in a dry place .
Lock the appliance by sliding the safety catch 2 to the position

wash them by hand, as described above . You can, however, also
