6.1

6.2

Cleaning and maintenance

Always switch off the GRIP F 20 at the
master switch before performing any
cleaning or maintenance work.

Unplug the mains connector.
DANGER - Risk of crushing by parts on
application of pressure
Risk of crushing due to the abrupt movement
of components or parts.

Always disconnect the GRIP F 20 from the
compressed air supply before performing
any cleaning and maintenance work.
Regular cleaning and maintenance of the GRIP F 20 are
essential to ensure maximum performance and proper
operation of the GRIP F 20.
Maintenance work must be performed by the operator
on the basis of the manufacturer's specifications as
follows.
6.2.1

Maintenance intervals

Maintenance
Clean the mechanical moving parts, spray
them with nebulized oil or cherosene and lube
with appropriate grease
Remove the condensate from the filter
assembly.
Check oil level in the oil nebulizer.
Check transmission belt tensioning in order to
avoid its sliding.
