Mitel 5550 IP Console package contents
• Keypad
• DC power adapter
• Mitel-supplied handset and cord
• Handset cradle and adjustable foot attachment
• Two Ethernet cables
• Designation labels for the programmable keys
NOTE 1: Use only a Mitel handset and cord or optional headset with
the 5550 IP Console.
NOTE 2: The CD is no longer included with the 5550 IP Console
package. For your convenience, the software can be downloaded.

What you need to run the 5550 IP Console
See "Minimum PC Requirements" below for the following 5550 IP
Console applications:
• 5550 IP Console with UCA Presence enabled that services more
than 500 clients
• 5550 IP Console in a peered UCA Server configuration
• 5550 IP Console that runs the Call History SQL Postgres
database

Minimum PC Requirements

• 3.0 GHz Processor and 4 GB of RAM
• Windows 7 or Windows Vista
All other 5550 IP Console configurations require the following
minimum PC requirements:
• 2.0 GHz and 2GB of RAM
• Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP
Windows OS Requirements
• 32 bit Windows XP Professional
• 32 bit Windows Vista (Business, Enterprise and Ultimate
versions only)
• 32 bit Windows 7 (Business and Ultimate versions only)
• 64 bit Windows 7 Enterprise edition
