SETUP MANUAL
This section describes the procedures of setup. For the
details of the setup, please refer to the Instruction Manual.

Checking the Accessories

Please confirm that all accessories are included. If any of the
accessories are missing, please immediately contact your
store of purchase.

Precautions for Unpacking
Take the CE LITE-50 out of the box to remove the tapes and
the cushion.

Connecting and Turning ON the Power

. Connect the AC adapter and the AC cable (1). Connect
the AC adapter to the power supply connector of this
device (2). Connect the AC cable to the AC outlet of
specified voltage (3).

. Make sure that media is not loaded, then press the power
switch to turn ON the power. The tool carriage moves to
the left and then shuttles
between both ends of the
device one time as an initial
operation. Confirm that the
touch panel has started up.
Settings when Turning the Power ON for the First Time
Language Selection
When the power of this device is turned ON for the first time,
the startup screen will be followed by a language selection
screens. Select the language
used, and then touch the
(Confirm).
Selection of Unit for Length
Once the language has been
set, the screen for selecting
the unit for length will appear.
Select the unit used, and
then touch the (Confirm).
Connecting a Computer
Connect this device and a computer by using the supplied
USB Cable.
* For Windows: Connect the USB cable after the device driver was
installed to the PC.
HOME Screen and Functions of Buttons
"MENU" button:
Used to transition to the "MENU"
screen.
"CONDITION NO. Selection" buttons:
Used to select the CONDITION NO.
"CONDITION" button:
Used to transition to the CONDITION
(cutting condition) setting screen.
"LOAD MEDIA" button:
Used to transition to the Load Media
screen.
The following screen is displayed when media is set.
"UNLOAD MEDIA" button:
Used to Unload Media that has been set.
