PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Pro-Flex LP is a prosthetic foot device with integrated male pyramid and
three composite blades. It features a sandal toe and a full length
composite blade. The bottom blade is secured together with heel bolts.
The device consists of the following components (Figure 1):
1. Male Pyramid Adapter
2. Pyramid cover
3. Top blade
4. Middle blade
5. Bottom blade
6. Bottom blade bolts
7. Heel wedge kit
8. Spectra Sock
9. Footcover

INDICATIONS FOR USE

The foot is a non-invasive, single patient, reusable prosthetic device. It is
made for walking and everyday use of low to high active users.
The Pro-Flex LP is designed for single patient use, everyday activities and
not for extreme sports. More details see "technical specifications" and
"use environment".
MEDICAL INDICATION
Lower extremity amputations, for example due to:
• Trauma
• Vascular Disease
• Cancer
• Congenital Defects
The Pro-Flex LP is tested and validated for exoskeletal prosthetic fittings
of lower extremities amputations.
