TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE

This table facilitates identification of the cause of the defect. Users are encouraged to contact technical service without delay to
obtain instructions on how to repair and/or adjust the equipment safely.

9.1 Model KP118 - KP118N - KP118Y

PROBLEMS
The jack does not slide
smoothly and load is
unstable.
The pumps works but
does not send oil.
The crosspiece works
unloaded but not when
loaded.
The pump reaches
maximum pressure but
does not remain under
pressure.

9.2 Model KP118P - KP118NP - KP118PY

PROBLEMS
The pump does not start
or stops during the
operation (before
reaching the maximum
pressure).
The pump works but does
not send oil.
Low capacity.
The pump does not
reach the maximum
pressure.
The pump reaches the
maximum pressure but
does remain under
pressure.
Excessive oil leaks from
the air drainage.
Oil tank gets up to
pressure with air and oil
leaks from the valve.
Pump continues to
pump even after the
pedal has been
released.
After a period of disuse,
the pump does not start.
CAUSES
a) Sliding rollers do no rest properly
(a roller does not rest on the
platfoarm).
