Troubleshooting

PROBLEM
The appliance is not
working .
The steam iron is
producing no steam
or very little steam .
The steam iron does
not get hot .
If the malfunction cannot be corrected using one of the suggestions above, or if you have found
some other kind of malfunction, please contact our Customer Service department .

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The appliance is not connect-
ed to a mains power socket .
The appliance is damaged .
The reserves of water in the
steam iron are depleted .
The steam iron is not plugged
in or is not switched on .
The steam iron is defective .
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Connect the appliance to
a mains power socket .
Contact the Customer
Service department .
Fill the water tank with
water (See "Filling the
water tank") .
Insert the plug into a mains
power socket and adjust
the temperature regulator
to the desired temperature
level .
Arrange for the steam iron
to be repaired by qualified
specialists .
