3.10.4
Displacement sensor basic setting
The displacement sensors have an electronic limit stop.
As a result, it is possible that the lower or upper end
position is not reached with motor drive.
Solution:
1. Move the runways to their maximum height
(1,830 mm) using the emergency button S1.
2. Lift the pinion from the toothing.
3. Turn the pinion counter-clockwise until the
mechanical stop, then turn it back for approx. half
a rotation.
4. Lower the pinion into the toothing again.

Test programs
If a fault occurs during a test (programs 7 and 8), the
corresponding error code is stored in the EEPROM.
The control system can then no longer be set to normal
operation.
Solution:
1. Rectify the fault.
2. Restart the test program.
If the test program is completed with no faults, normal
operation can be selected again.
3.11
Performing a test run with the lifting
platform
1. Perform a test run of the lifting platform at nominal
load.
