Setting up the external sensor

Inserting the batteries:

R emove the battery compartment cover from
the back of the external sensor.
j
I nsert two 1.5 V
the battery compartment
note: make sure that the polarity is correct. This
is indicated inside the battery compartment
(see Fig. C).
– The external sensor is now ready for operation
and the indicator LED

C lose the battery compartment cover.
Setting up the weather station

Inserting the batteries:

O pen the battery compartment cover on the
back of the weather station.
j
P lace two 1.5 V
the battery compartment
note: take care that the polarity is correct. This
is indicated inside the battery compartment
(see Fig. B).

C lose the battery compartment cover.
As soon as the batteries have been inserted, the
LCD indicates the indoor temperature
humidity
. The weather station starts to receive

the signal from the external sensor. When it has
successfully received the external sensor signal, the
outdoor temperature
around 1 minute.
note: do not alter the position of the weather station
when it is picking up the signal, as this can interfere
with reception.
