Replacing the Hotend
Introduction
To replace the hotend, the extruder must first be removed, followed by the re-
moval of the hotend electronics (heating elements and sensor) before the hotend
itself is replaced.
Please note
The nozzle (o) is firmly connected to the hotend and may not be replaced sepa-
rately!
Required tools

2mm and 4mm hex keys
Preparation
Allow the extruder to cool down before retrofitting.
Remove the extruder as described in
In the illustration below, the extruder is shown without the filament cooling
duct (p) for a better understanding. Please note that the duct does not need
to be removed for the hotend replacement!
