Explanation of the system
The device works according to the low-
pressure spraying technique.
A high volume of air surrounds the spray jet
being ejected under low pressure.
The air cap provides a very fine atomisation
with the lowest of spray mist.
The coating material is applied to the object
quickly and exactly.
Moreover, the air flow shortens the drying
time for the coating material. This gives
perfect spraying result with a respective
saving of coating material and is therefore
good for the environment.
Functional description
The motor blower produces a flow of air which
flows through the air hose to the spray gun.
The air flow atomises the coating material at
the nozzle and also pressurises the container.
This pressure pushes the coating material up
the ascending pipe to the nozzle.
The air and pressure settings can be adjusted
progressively.
Materials which can be used
Solvent containing and water-dilutable enamel
paints, varnishes, primers, two-component
paints, clear enamels, motor-vehicle enamels,
mordants and wood protectives.
Materials which cannot be used
Wall paints (emulsions) etc., lyes and acid
containing coating materials.

Explicación del sistema
El aparato trabaja según la técnica de
pulverización a baja presión.
El gran volumen de aire envuelve al chorro de
pulverizado que sale a baja presión.
Con la válvula de aire se obtiene una
atomización muy fina con mínima niebla de
pulverizado.
El material de recubrimiento se aplica rápida
y exactamente sobre el objeto que se está
pulverizando.
Además, la corriente de aire acorta el tiempo
de secado del material de recubrimiento. Esto
permite un resultado óptimo en el
pulverizado, así como economía en el
material de recubrimiento y en cuanto a
favorecer la protección del medio ambiente.
Funcionamiento
La corriente de aire generada por el motor
soplador circula a la pistola de pulverización a
través de la manguera de aire. La corriente
de aire se emplea para pulverizar el material
de recubrimiento en la boquilla, así como
para aumentar la presión del depósito. Esta
presión transporta el material de
recubrimiento a la boquilla a través del tubo
de subida.
La cantidad de aire y la presión son
regulables de forma continua, sin escalona-
miento.
Materiales de recubrimiento aplicables
Pinturas a base de disolventes y pinturas
solubles en agua, barnices, pinturas de fondo,
esmaltes de 2 componentes, esmaltes
transparentes, pinturas para automóviles,
colorantes e impregnantes para madera.
Materiales de recubrimiento no aplicables
Pinturas para pared (dispersiones), etc., sosa
y materiales que contienen ácidos.
