Caution! Observe the following basic safety
precautions when using electric tools in order
to protect yourself against electric shock, dan-
ger of injury and fire.
Read and observe these rules before using the
unit.
Keep the safety instructions in a safe place.
1. Consider environmental influences
Do not expose electric tools to rain. Do not
use electric tools in humid or wet environment.
Provide good lighting. Do not use electric tools
near flammable liquids or gases.
2. Protect yourself against electric shock
Avoid contact with earthed objects such as
pipes, radiators, stoves, refrigerators.
3. Keep your tools in a safe place
Unused tools should be kept in a dry,
locked room out of the reach of children.
4. Do not misuse the cable
Do not carry the tool by the cable and do
not use it to remove the plug from the socket.
Protect the cable against heat, oil and sharp
edges.
5. Maintain your tools with care
Keep your tools clean to ensure good and
safe operation. Follow the maintenance in-
structions. Check plug and cable regularly. If
defective, have them replaced by a service
station or by an authorized dealer. Check the
extension cable regularly and replace it, if de-
fective. Make sure the extension cable is
equipped with the prescribed earthing contact.
Keep the handles dry and free from oil and
grease.
6. Remove the mains plug
When the unit is out of use, before mainte-
nance work and when mounting accessories.
7. Avoid unintentional start
Do not carry tools which are connected to
the mains with your finger on the switch. Make
sure that the switch is off when connecting the
unit to the mains.
8. Outdoor extension cable
When working outdoors only use approved
and respectively marked extension cables.

¡ Atención ! Al utilizar herramientas eléctricas
deberán respetarse las siguientes medidas fun-
damentales de seguridad para protegerse contra
descargas eléctricas, riesgos de lesiones e in-
cendios.
Lea y respete estos consejos antes de utilizar el
aparato.
Conserve bien los consejos de seguridad.
1. Considere las influencias exteriores.
No exponga las herramientas eléctricas a la
lluvia.
No utilice las herramientas eléctricas en un am-
biente húmedo o mojado. Procure que haya una
iluminación suficiente. No utilice las herramientas
eléctricas cerca de líquidos o gases inflamables.
2. Protégase contra la descarga eléctrica.
Evite el contacto con piezas conectadas a tie-
rra como p.e. tubos, radiadores, hornos, neveras.
3. Guarde su herramienta en un lugar seguro.
Guarde las herramientas que no necesita en
un lugar seco y cerrado fuera del alcance de ni-
ños.
4. No use el cable para fines extraños.
No lleve la herramienta colgada del cable y no
lo utilice para tirar del enchufe. Proteja el cable
contra el calor, aceite y bordes agudos.
5. Cuide sus herramientas con esmero.
Mantenga las herramientas limpias para poder
trabajar bien y seguramente. Respete las pres-
cripciones de mantenimiento. Controle regular-
mente el enchufe y el cable y llame a un taller de
servicio autorizado o a un especialista acreditado
para sustituir piezas dañadas. Controle regular-
mente los cables de prolongación y sustituya los
que estén dañados. Ponga atención en el con-
tacto de protección prescrito (contacto de tierra)
del cable de prolongación. Mantenga las empu-
ñaduras secas y exentas de aceite y grasa.
6. Desconecte el enchufe al no necesitarlo,
antes del mantenimiento y en el montaje de
los accesorios.
7. Evite la puesta en marcha involuntaria.
No lleve ninguna herramienta conectada a la
red eléctrica con el dedo puesto en el interruptor
8. Utilización de cables de prolongación al
exterior.
Sólo utilice cables de prolongación al exterior
admitidos para estos trabajos y con la correspon-
diente marcación.
