appliance
Risk of burns!
The appliance and its accessible parts be-
come hot during use.
Care should be taken to avoid touching
heating elements inside the oven.
Children less than 8 years of age shall be
kept away unless continously supervised.
Do not touch hot parts. Always protect

above or below the hob. Children could
be encouraged to climb on the hob.
– Do not leave pot/pan handles sticking
out over the edge of the worktop; this
ensures children cannot reach up and
pull down the cookware.
Glass ceramic hob:
– The cooking zones get very hot during
operation and will remain hot after they

– If a power failure occurs, the residual
heat indicator will go out and may not
indicate the presence of residual heat.
– Allow the cooking zones to cool completely
before cleaning.
Exception: Remove sugary or starchy
contaminants, plastic or aluminium foil
from the hot glass ceramic immediately
using a standard sharp scraper. While
doing so protect hands from burns with
oven gloves or pot holders.
Oven
– Hot steam can flow from the extraction
hood (ventilation) when the oven is in use.
– Never pour water directly into the hot
oven. The steam can cause scalding
and damage the enamel.
– Allow hot water from the oven to cool be-
fore pouring it out.
– Never leave the oven unattended while
grilling. Keep children away!
– Allow the oven to cool completely before
cleaning.

cloths or similar, as these objects may be-
come hot and catch fi re.
If a fi re starts, immediately turn all switch-
es to zero and switch off the automatic cir-
cuit breakers and/or unscrew the fuses.
