Danger! - Using the Machine for Work
Effect: Danger to life or serious injuries.

During raising and lowering, no one is permitted between the tractor and the machine.
High risk of injury!
•
Before turning on the PTO shaft, make certain there is no one in the danger zone of the
machine. Risk of accidents!
•
During operation or when travelling on public roads, make certain the safety devices are
properly in place! Attach the lighting and check for functionality.
•
Operating personnel must not leave the tractor when it is in operation!
•
Setting tasks must only be performed when the drive is switched off and the engine is at
a standstill!
•
Switch off the engine, remove the ignition key, and secure the tractor from rolling away.

This machine is driven at a maximum PTO speed of 540 rpm.

Wide spreading (tedding)
If possible, take the swathes in between the rotors.
If the forage is heavy drive with higher speed and not so high travelling speed (4 - 6 km/h)
(steeper spreading angle).
Raking
The dryer the forage the smaller the P.T.O. speed to be chosen in order to avoid damages to
the forage.
Travelling speed (6 to 8 km/h) must be adapted to the condition of the forage.
With wet forage choose the speed and the travelling speed like the one when spreading (flat
spreading angle).

These data are standards and must be adapted to the circumstances in practice.
