Tyre pressure of the transport wheels: 2 bar.
Electrical connection of the pump
with terminal clamps
Connect a 4 m connection cable with terminal
clamps to a suitable D/C power source:
• Red: positive terminal (+)
• Black: negative terminal (-)

In the black holder on the connection
cable is a blade fuse compliant with
DIN 72581/3C.

Action
Remove any dirt
Visual check for damage
Check hoses for cracks and porosity, check fittings for
leaks (replace defective parts)
Check air pressure (2 bar)
Possible cause
Battery empty
Battery incorrectly inserted
Contact springs are soiled
or bent
Blade fuse as required by
DIN 72581 25 A is defective
Delivery line ball valve closed
Ventilation opening closed
Hoses are blocked or kinked
Battery voltage too low
Air bubbles in the liquid

Solution
Charge battery
Insert battery with poles facing downwards
Clean or straighten contact springs
Blade fuse is now located in the
battery housing; remove four screws
and replace fuse
Open ball valve
Open ventilation opening in screw cap
Check hoses
Charge battery
Leave the tank to stand for a few minutes
