Step 3: Start the "beurer EMS HomeStudio" app and follow the in-
structions in the app.
Step 4: As soon as the "beurer EMS HomeStudio" app has con-
nected with the muscle stimulation device, a six-digit numerical
code will appear on the display of the device. Enter the six-digit
numerical code in the smartphone. The muscle stimulation device is
now connected with your smartphone.

The muscle stimulation device has a total of 20 available workouts.
• 12 Fitness & Power workouts (10 programs with 3 levels of
difficulty each, except with "Endurance" and "Cool Down")
• 8 Relax & Wellbeing workouts

nels individually.
