• Jos pöytäpyörösahalla työskentelee toinenkin henkilö,
jonka tehtävänä on ottaa vastaan poikkileikatut työstö-
kappaleet, täytyy kone varustaa pöydän pidennyksellä.
Tämän toisen henkilön täytyy seistä pöydän pidennyk-
sen vastaaanottopäässä – hän ei saa seistä missään
muualla.
• Kone ja koneen ympäristö on pidettävä puhtaana las-
tuista ja puunjätteistä.
• Työntekijä ei saa käyttäa väljiä vaatteita. Sormukset ja
rannekellot on jätettävä pois.
• Moottorin ja kutterin pyörimissuunta on tarkistettava
- katso höylän „Sähkölaitteet".
• Koneen suojalaitteita ei saa poistaa tai tehdä käyttö-
kelvottomaksi.
• Koneen huollon, säädön, mittauksen ja puhdistuksen
ajaksi on moottori pysäytettävä ja irroitettava sähköver-
kosta. On odotettava, että pyörivä on pysähtynyt.
• Ennen vikojen korjaamista on kone pysäytettävä ja ir-
roitettava sähköverkosta.
• Kone täytyy kaikissa työvaiheissa liittää -imulaittees-
toon. Ota tällöin huomioon luvussa „Määräysten mu-
kainen käyttö" annetut ohjeet.
• Koneella työskenneltäessä on kaikkien suojalaitteiden
oltava paikoilleen asennettuina.
• Koneessa saa käyttää ainoastaan hyvin teroitettuja,
ehjiä ja moitteettomia pyörösahanteriä.
• Pikateräksestä tehtyjä pyörösahanteriä ei saa käyt-
tää.
• Jakoveitsi on tärkeä suojalaite. Se ohjaa työkappaletta
ja sulkee sahausraon pyörösahanterä takana sekä estää
työkappaleen takaiskut.
• Terän yläsuojus on jokaisessa työvaiheessa laskettava
työkappaleen pälle. Se täytyy olla vaakasuorassa terän
päällä.
• Jos leikkaat kapeita työstökappaleita – alle 120 mm:n
levyisiä – pituussuuntaan, käytä ehdottomasti työntö-
keppiä. Työntökeppiä täytyy käyttää, jotta ei jouduta
työskentelemään käsin sahanterän läheisyydessä.
• Ennen vikojen korjaamista on kone pysäytettävä ja ir-
roitettava sähköverkosta.
• Vahingoittunut kitakappale on vaihdettava uuteen.
Kone on irroitet tava sähköverkosta.
• Ennen koneen käyttöönottoa täytyy tämä liittää imu-
laitteestoon, joka on varustettu taipuisalla, vaikeasti
syttyvällä imujohdolla. Imulaitteiston täytyy käynnistyä
automaattisesti samalla kun pöytäpyörösaha käynnis-
tetään.
• Kun työntekijä poistuu koneelta, niin moottori on py-
säytettävä ja pistoke on irroitettava pistorasiasta.
• Aina kun siirrät konetta pienenkin matkan, kytke kone
irti verkkovir rasta! Kytke kone asianmukaisesti takaisin
sähköverkkoon ennen ottamista uudelleen käyttöön.
• Sähkölaitteita saa asentaa, korjata ja huoltaa vain sii-
hen valtuutettu sähköasennusliike.
• Kaikki suoja- ja turvalaitteet on heti täydellisen korja-
us- ja huoltotyön jälkeen asennettava paikoillen.
• Udsæt ikke elektroværktøj for regn.
• Benyt ikke elektroværktøj i fugtig eller våde omgivel-
se.
• Sørg for god belysning af arbejdsområdet.
• Benyt ikke elektroværktøj, hvor der er brand- eller
must be at least 16 years of age, but are only allowed
to work with the machine under supervision.
• Persons working with the machine must not be dis-
turbed.
• If a second person works with the machine to remove
cut pieces, the machine must be equipped with a
bench extension. The second person must not be po-
sitioned in any other place than at the discharge end
of the bench extension.
• Keep the operating area of the machine free from
splints and wood waste.
• Wear tight clothes. Take off jewellery, rings and wrist
watches.
• Mind the direction of rotation of the motor - see Elec-
trical Connection.
• The safety equipment of the machine must not be de-
mounted or made unusable.
• Only carry out refitting, adjusting, measuring and
cleaning works when the motor is switched off. Dis-
connect the power supply unit and wait for the rotating
tools to come to a standstill.
• Switch the machine off to repair failures. Disconnect
the power supply unit.
• The machine must be connected to an extraction unit
during all process steps. Refer to Intended use.
• All protective equipment and covers must be mounted
when working with the machine.
• Only mount sharpened, crack-free and non-deformed
saw blades.
• Circular saw blades made of heavy duty steel must
not be used.
• The splitting wedge is an important protective tool
that guides the workpiece and prevents the cutting
joint from closing behind the saw blade and the return
of the workpiece. Observe the width of the splitting
wedge; see numbers imprinted on the splitting wedge.
The splitting wedge must not be thinner that the saw
blade body or thicker than its cutting width.
• Lower the protective cover during each process step.
• The protective cover must be vertical above the saw
blade during each processing step.
• Always use the push stick, when longitudinally cut-
ting narrow pieces - less than 120 mm. The push stick
must be used in order to prevent working with one's
hands near the saw blade.
• Stop the machine to repair failures or remove jammed
wood pieces. Disconnect the power supply unit!
• Replace the bench insert if the saw gab is worn. Dis-
connect the power supply unit!
• Only carry out refitting, adjusting, measuring and
cleaning works when the motor is switched off. Dis-
connect the power supply unit!
• The machine must be connected to an extraction unit
with a flexible, flame resistant extraction hose before
commissioning the machine. The extraction unit must
switch on automatically when the circular saw bench
is switched on.
• Switch off the motor when leaving the work station.
Disconnect the power supply unit!
• Disconnect the machine from every power source even
when moving it only slightly. Re-connect the machine
