INBETRIEBNAHME
Der Betreiber hat mit der gepumpten Flüssigkeit verträgliche
Werkstoffe einzusetzen und die Auslegungsbe-dingungen der
Pumpe zu berück-sichtigen.
ACHTUNG: Der Pumpenbe-trieb mit Flüssigkeiten,
!
die mit den Werkstoffen den Pumpe unverträglich
sind bzw. der Ein-satz in Umgebungen, in denen
unverträgliche füssige Mittelvorhanden sind, ist verboten.
Bei der Inbetriebnahme der Pumpe wie folgt vorgehen:
1. Prüfen, dass die Saug- und Aus-lassrohre für das Produkt

1. Make sure that the product delivery and intake hoses are
correctly connected - check the signs on the pump:
"IN" = INTAKE (down) and
"OUT" = DELIVERY (up)
2. Check that the pump's pneumatic circuit valves are correctly
installed (on-off ball valve, three-way valve and check valve).
3. Open the fluid intake and delivery valves.

chend einstellen: MIN 2 bar, MAX 7 bar. Bei Pumpen mit Gum-
mikugeln max 5 bar.
HINWEIS: Bei Druckwerten von unter 2 bar bei
laufender Pumpe kann die Pumpe „durchsacken",
bei Druckwerten über dem HÖCHST-DRUCK kann das
unter Druck stehende Medium austreten bzw. nach außen
dringen und/oder die Pumpe kann zerstört werden.

CAUTION: if the pressure is below 2 bars when the
pump is running, the pump may STALL. At a pressure
higher than the MAXIMUM threshold, yielding and
leakages of the product under pressure may occur and/or
the pump may break.
