MONTAGESCHEMA BAUSATZ STOSSZÄHLER
Der BAUSATZ STOSSZÄHLER wird mit Druckwächter, even-
tuellen Anschlüssen und Kugel geliefert.
ACHTUNG: Bei dieser Arbeit muss die Pump ab-

geschaltet und von den Produkt- und Versorgung-
squellen abgeklemmt sein.
1. RESET ausbauen und entfernen.
2. Die Kugel in das Loch im RESET-Kanal einsetzen;Den Ku-
gelsitz mit einem geeigneten Wergzeug abschrägen.

WARNING: this operation must be performed with the

pump at a standstill and disconnected from the power
supply and the product.
1. Disassemble and remove the RESET.
2. Insert the ball into the hole of the RESET channel; caulk the seat
of the ball using a suitable punch.
3. Fit the pressure switch using a suitable fitting.

5. Die Pipette herausnehmen und die Stromkontakte an-
chließen, damit das Zählsignal übertragen wird.
6. Die Auslösechwelle des Druckwächters wird folgendermaßen
eingestellt: Stopfenabnehmen und die Stellschraube mit einem
Schraubendreher regulieren.
IM UHRZEIGERSINN = größerer Auslösedruck;
GEGEN DEN UHRZEIGERSINN = kleinerer Auslösedruck.
Nun ist der BAUSATZ STOSSZÄHLER fertig montiert.
4. Refit the pipette.
5. Remove the pipette and connect the electrical contacts to remote
control the counting signal.
6. To adjust the sensitivity of the pressure switch, remove the cap and
rotate the adjustment screw using a
screwdriver.
CLOCKWISE = more pressure;
ANTI-CLOCKWISE = less pressure
This completes assembly of the STROKE COUNTER KIT.
