Installation procedure
1. Fit the base unit and make potential equalisation connections
to the regulations (DIN EN 50083-1/DIN EN 60065)
2. Connect the input splitters to the Sat IF drop cables (H and V)
in accordance with the system diagram (F connector). For this
purpose connect the RF connecting cables between the splitters
as per the system diagram. Seal unused sockets with terminating
resistors
3. Connect RF connecting cables between the output couplers in
the head section
4. If necessary, fi t remote feed diplexer and amplifi er
(amplifi er kit UFZ 412/V not included)
5. Connect the output cable to the base unit output
(F connector)
6. Only remove the RF and power cables that are needed from the
assembly clip (there is a danger of short-circuiting if power cables
hang loose). Assembly clips that are then unused can be used for
fi xing the installation cables.
Installation dimensions
Note:
- If the LNB must be supplied from this base unit, an additional remote feed diplexer WFS 27 (not included) is necessary.
- Connect the LNB power supply (18 V) to the horizontal polarisation on the Sat IF drop cable.
- If a further LNB is present in the Sat reception system, a separate remote feed power supply unit NCF 31 (not included)
must be used.
