TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

These are the most important phases of the automation's con-

struction, as they ensure maximum safety of the system. The
test can also be used to periodically verify the devices making
up the automation.
The sequence of steps to be performed when running the test-
ing phase, as described below, refers to a typical system.
To run the test:
verify that all the instructions stated in the "GENERAL

have been strictly observed
using the control devices (transmitter), test the opening,

closing and stopping of the automation and make sure
that the LEDs operate correctly.

Commissioning can only be performed after all test-
ing phases have been successfully completed.

Before commissioning the automation, ensure that
the owner is properly informed of all residual risks
and hazards.

FROST/SNOW FUNCTION

In order to use the frost and snow functions, an optional tem-

perature sensor must be installed. With this sensor installed, the
frost, snow and power block functions can be activated when
the outdoor temperature falls below -5°C.
The temperature sensor used must be a NTC 10kΩ type sensor
and should be connected to terminals T+ and T-.
Use selector [S2] to set the temperature sensor function:
– 1 = ON: activation of motor block function at temperatures be-
low -5°C
– 2 = ON: activation of snow function.
With the temperature sensor installed, in the event of tempera-
tures below 2°C, patio will briefly open after complete closure,
thus preventing freezing.
The temperature sensor should be fitted outside, near
