Our device has been manufactured with the greatest of care.
Should a malfunction occur we do of course provide a guarantee
within the framework of our guarantee conditions for the flawless
quality and functioning of the product.
The guarantee period is 36 months, beginning on the date of purchase.
Please retain your sales receipt as proof of the date of purchase. This
guarantee does not affect the statutory warranty obligation.
The following are excluded from the guarantee:
– damage to fragile parts.
– damage caused by unauthorised tampering with the device.
– damage caused by the use of non-original spare parts.
– damage caused by improper handling.
– damage caused by acts of God.
– damage caused by non-compliance with the care instructions.
Furthermore, we cannot accept any liability for the consequences of
incorrect use of the device.
