11.1 Temperatures below solvent's boil point

While working at temperatures below solvent's boil point, temperature sensor may be
used to regulate temperature in the reaction vessel.
Important: to this end set "control" in Setup mode (refer to Chapter 12)
An external temperature sensor
being connected, display in the "Act"
mode marks every individual zone
with this symbol. This symbol
appearing, temperature of this zone
is regulated by the
external temperature
sensor. In this case
temperature of the heating
block will be higher than
actual temperature measured, in
order to compensate for physical
temperature decrease.

11.2 Temperatures above solvent's boil point.

While working at temperatures above solvent's boil point, temperature sensor may be
used to measure temperature in the reaction vessel only
IMPORTANT: to this end select "report" in the setup mode
(refer to Chapter 12)
External temperature sensor being connected, display in the "Act" mode is
marked with this symbol for every single zone. This symbol appearing means
that temperature in the reaction vessel of this zone is displayed.
In "Act" mode, temperature of the conditioner block may be displayed either.
To this end hit one of the Select keys. Temperature of the conditioner block
is marked with this symbol.

11.3 In the use as multi evaporator

When evaporating, use temperature sensors in report-mode only (see chap. 11.2).
Else sample could overheat.
