Installation

Two articulated supports are installed at the rear
end of the item with 2 ea. Allen bolts (1). Do not
forget to install washers (2) under bolt heads. Two
each adjusting screws (3) per support provide for
vertical displacement of the hood as to fit different
heights of reaction blocks. To this end loosen two
Allen bolts (3) of both supports by abt. 1 revolution,
displace as required and pull tight in position.
Hex keys come with the item.

Exchange reaction blocks

Reaction blocks consist of the following components:
• 4 ea. conditioner blocks (1 ea. for every heater zone)
• condensation block
• set of reaction vessels (number depends on type of reaction block)
• vacuum- / inert gas plenum
• hoses from vacuum- /inert gas plenum to reaction vessels (number depends
on type of reaction block)
First uninstall reaction block:
remove reaction vessels from reaction block
attaching bolts,
vacuum plenum
remove 2 ea. Allen bolts securing vacuum plenum on top of condensation block (hex
key comes with the item), remove plenum.
