Osservazioni:
Quando il modulo analogico
è inserito, la manopola nella
muffola terminale (regolazione
della pressione) non ha più
alcuna funzione.
Quando il modulo analogico
non è collegato ai morsetti
71, 72, la pompa gira ad
un regime minimo (nessuna
tensione equivale a 0 Volt).
Montaggio:
– rimuovere il coperchio
– collegare il modulo supplementare (71, 72)
– collegare il connettore al circuito stampato di base
– montare il coperchio con cura
71, 72: Ingresso analogico 0 ... 10 V o 0 ... 20 mA
Per l'impostazione esterna della velocità
Prima di togliere il coperchio dalla muffola terminale
o di smontare la pompa è assolutamente necessario
staccare la tensione di alimentazione in tutti i poli.

4.4 Installation
Installation only after completion of all welding and soldering work.
Be sure to avoid any water dripping onto the pump motor
and especially the terminal box.
The arrow on the pump casing shows the direction of flow.
The shaft must always be horizontal, never vertical.
Install the pump casing stressfree in the system.
When installing pumps of the DEB series,
the supplied washers must be fitted on the pump side.

Install stop slide valve before and after the pump.
This will avoid having to drain and refill the system
if the pump has to be replaced.

4.5 Minimum pressure

At 75 °C, the minimum pressure at the pump intakes for reliable
lubrication of the sleeve bearings:
VEA/VEB
Single pumps
VEA 40, VEB 40
VEB 55
VEB 100
The values apply up to 500 m (1640 ft) above sea level.
Additional pressure for greater heights:
0.01 bar per 100 m (328 ft) additional altitude.

DEB
Twin pumps
DEB 40 0,1 bar Overpressure
DEB 55 0,2 bar Overpressure
DEB 100 0,4 bar Overpressure
95 °C 0,45 bar
