6. CHANNEL AFTERTOUCH
Status :DnH
If the Part Parameter Rcv CHANNEL AFTER TOUCH = OFF,
that Part will not receive Channel After Touch Messages.
7. SYSTEM EXCLUSIVE MESSAGES
If the Part Parameter Rcv SYSTEM EXCLUSIVE = OFF, that
Part will not receive System Exclusive Messages.
