Searching for track names
- Press the button
- Press the volume control / dial control (23) and then twist it to select the first letter of the track name.
- Press the volume control / dial control (23) again and then twist it to select the additional letters of the track name.
- To start the search, press the button volume control / dial control (23) longer than two seconds.
- All the tracks starting with this letter are displayed. If no track name was found, NO MATCH is displayed.
- Select the desired track with the volume control / dial control (23).
- Press the button volume control/dial control (23), the desired track is played back automatically.
• Display of the ID3 tag information
The title, artist and album appear on the display as running text during playback (3).
By repeatedly pressing the button 0 / BAND (20), the following information is displayed:
Directory name > file name > title > artist > album

This information can only be displayed if the ID3 tag data is available on the CD in version 1.0 or 2.0.
• Operation with mixed-mode CDs
Mixed-mode CDs (CDs with both CD audio files as well as MP3 files) can be played back with this CD tuner.
In this case, playback starts with the CD audio files. To access MP3 files, press the button 5/TRACK-10 (13) or the
button 6/TRACK+10 (12) longer.
