DMX-controlled operation

The device has two DMX channel modes. The Control Board allows you, as described above, to assign the
DMX-Mode. Every DMX-channel has a different occupation with different features. You can control the
devices individually via your DMX-controller.

Addressing

The Control Board allows you to assign the DMX fixture address, which is defined as the first channel from
which the LED TSL-750 Scan will respond to the controller.
If you set, for example in the 15 channel mode, the address to channel 16, the fixture will use the channels
16 to 30 for control.
Please, be sure that you don't have any overlapping channels in order to control each LED TSL-750 Scan
correctly and independently from any other fixture on the DMX data link.
If two, three or more LED TSL-750 Scan are addressed similarly, they will work similarly.
For address setting, press the Menu button until the display shows „DMX address", press Enter and set the
desired address via the Up/Down-buttons. Press Enter in order to confirm.
Controlling:
After having addressed all LED TSL-750 Scan, you may now start operating these via your lighting
controller.
Note:
After switching on, the device will automatically detect whether DMX 512 data is received or not. If the data
is received, the control LED (DMX) lights up permanently.
If there is no data received at the DMX-input, the control LED will be off.
This situation can occur if:
- the XLR plug (cable with DMX signal from controller) is not connected with the input of the device.
- the controller is switched off or defective,
- the cable or connector is defective or the signal wires are not properly connected with the input connector.
