The charge or discharge process is terminated either by the automatic termination circuit
(multiple BEEP, screen shows READY) or by the operator pressing the MODE button. The
charger then reverts to trickle charge mode.
Notes
Charge and discharge current can also be changed at any time during the charge or
discharge process.
Additional menu information can be displayed as described under "Menu / Screen displays",
using the SELECT button to leaf through the options.

The menu structure
Any of the following screen displays can be selected using the SELECT button. Variable
values (charge and discharge current, battery type, spot memory M1 - M5) can be set using
the INC / DEC buttons.

Selecting the battery type: select the menu point NICD / NIMH

BATTERY using the SELECT button. Switch between NICD
and NIMH using the INC / DEC buttons.
You can now switch between CHARGE, DISCHARGE,
DISCHARGE-BEFORE-CHARGE (DISC-CHAR 1 TIME) and
triple DISCHARGE-BEFORE CHARGE (DISC-CHAR 3
