6. Connection and Operating Elements
(27) Forward button
Press this button to jump to the next track or directory on the SD card/USB storage medium. Hold down the button to fast-forward within a
particular track.
(28) Back button
Press this button to jump to the last track or directory on the SD card/USB storage medium. Hold down the button to rewind within a particular
track.
(29) SINGLE/CONTINUE button
Press the button in order to switch between the SINGLE (single playback) and CONTINUE (continuous playback) modes. In SINGLE mode, only
the current track is played. The playback is then stopped. In CONTINUE mode, all tracks in all directories are played back one after another.
(30) IN (LOOP) button
The LOOP function allows you to playback certain sections of a track in a loop. Press the IN button at the point you would like to use as the
starting point of the loop. The button is lit up in blue.
(31) OUT (LOOP) button
Press this button to select the desired ending point of the loop. The IN and OUT buttons are now blinking in blue, and the loop repeats infinitely.
Press the OUT button again in order to stop the loop. The track continues to be played back normally.
(32) RELOOP button
Press this button in order to playback the last saved loop again.
(33) Speed control (PITCH)
This control allows you to speed up/slow down playback of the track by a maximum of 16%. Push the switch up to slow down the speed. Push
the switch down to increase the speed. In the centre position (0%), the track is played back at normal speed.
(34) PITCH button
Press this button in order to adjust the playback speed using the speed control (PITCH). This only works when the PITCH button is lit up in
blue.
(35) PITCH + button
Hold down this button to increase the playback speed. As soon as you release the button, the track is played back at normal speed again.
(36) PITCH - button
Hold down this button to reduce the playback speed. As soon as you release the button, the track is played back at normal speed again.
(37) CUE button
Pressing the CUE button allows you to return to a certain point in the track during playback. Press the PLAYBACK/PAUSE (42) button at the
same time in order to interrupt playback at the desired position. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button again in order to continue playback of the track.
During playback press the CUE button in order to return to the point of the last interruption.
(38) BRAKE button
Pressing this button starts the track at a speed that is slower than normal playback. When you stop the track, the track slows down before
playback is stopped completely.
(39) REVERSE button
Press this button in order to play the current track backwards.
(40) TIME button
Press this button in order to display the remaining time of the track. The display shows "REMAIN". Press the button again to display the elapsed
time of the track. The display shows "ELAPSED".
