Variant 2:
1. Unscrew grub screw B on the outside of
the actuator cover A with Allen key and
remove actuator cover A.
2. Move the actuator to the closed position.
3. Screw in stroke limiter C clockwise until
resistance is felt (0 % stroke).
4. Put on actuator cover A.
5. The stroke is increased by rotating the
actuator cover A anti-clockwise (1 mm /
rotation).
6. After reaching the desired valve stroke
tighten grub screw B.
7. Using a hammer, gently knock the
indicator spindle D down until it is fl ush
with actuator cover A.
Important for variant 1 and 2:
Due to tolerances, diff erent fl ow
values can result for the same
stroke.

1. Move actuator A to the open position.
2. Remove actuator A from valve body 1.
3. Move actuator A to the closed position.
Important:
After disassembly, clean all parts
of contamination (do not damage
parts). Check parts for potential
damage, replace if necessary (only
use genuine parts from GEMÜ).
