• „OSD"
Wählen Sie hier die gewünschte Sprache des OSD (On-Screen-Display). Norma-
lerweise ist ab Werk „English" voreingestellt.
Bei einer Änderung der Sprache des OSD verändert sich natürlich auch das
Aussehen des OSD, da die Namen aller Bezeichnungen in die jeweils ausge-
wählte Sprache übersetzt werden.
• „MENU"
Diese Option legt fest, in welcher Sprache das Menü der DVD erscheint.
Bei manchen DVDs funktioniert eine Voreinstellung über die TV-/DVD-
Kombi nicht. Die gewünschte Sprache muss dann im Menü der DVD selbst
eingestellt werden.
• „AUDIO"
Hier lässt sich vorwählen, welche Audiospur beim Einlegen einer DVD automatisch
gewählt wird.
Bei manchen DVDs funktioniert eine Voreinstellung über die TV-/DVD-
Kombi nicht. Die gewünschte Sprache muss dann im Menü der DVD selbst
eingestellt werden.
• „SUBTITLE"
Stellen Sie hier ein, welche Untertitel-Sprache beim Einlegen einer DVD automa-
tisch gewählt wird, bzw. schalten Sie die Untertitel ab.
Je nach DVD muss diese Einstellung im Menü der DVD selbst erfolgen; die
hier im Setup gewählte Einstellung wird übergangen/ignoriert.
• „RETURN"
Über diesen Menüpunkt gelangen Sie wieder zum Hauptmenü („SETUP MENU")
zurück.

d) Call up teletext page 100, button "

his feature is only available in teletext mode (teletext display on the screen).
If a page number is entered in teletxt mode, it will then take a while until the appro-
priate page is displayed. The teletext page has to be transmitted by the TV channel
again first.
To see the TV picture during this waiting period, press button "X" of the remote con-
trol (23) briefly.
When the desired page in the teletext has been transmitted, a small superimposition
with the page number is displayed in the current TV picture at the top left.
Press the button "X" again to switch back to teletext mode and to see the teletext
page.
f) Superimpose time, button "
This feature is only available of
the TC channel concerned is transmitting the teletext. Apart from this, the
TV/DVD combination set has to be in TV mode (notmal TV picture is dis-
played).
If a TV channel transmits teletext, the current time can also be seen there (radio
clock-precise).
Press button " " of the remote control (24) to superimpose the time onto the TV
picture.
Press button " " again to switch off the display of time.
With some TV channels, the time display of the teletext is used briefly for
tickers, e.g. for advertising, brief news or similar.
For this reason, it can occur that when activating the time display, such a
ticker is just being displayed and does not represent the current time.
