24. Behebung von Störungen
Mit der TV-/DVD-Kombi haben Sie ein Produkt erworben, welches nach dem Stand
der Technik gebaut wurde und betriebssicher ist.
Dennoch kann es zu Problemen oder Störungen kommen. Deshalb möchten wir
Ihnen hier einige Hilfestellungen geben.
Beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise dieser Bedienungsanlei-
tung!
Problem Lösungshilfe
Kein Bild • Ist das Gerät an eine ordnungsgemäße Netzsteckdo-
se angeschlossen und eingeschaltet?
• Ist der korrekte Modus gewält (TV/AV/DVD)?
Kein Ton hörbar • Ist die Lautstärke richtig eingestellt?
• Haben Sie die Stummschaltung („MUTE") aktiviert?
Kein Ton über • Der Digitalausgang ist nur bei DVD-Wiedergabe aktiv,
Digitalausgang er liefert das 5.1-Audiosignal der DVD.
• Wählen Sie die korrekte Einstellung (PCM/RAW) im
Audio-Setup. PCM ist korrekt für Audio-CDs, RAW
ist für DVDs vorgesehen.
Keine Reaktion • Sind die Batterien/Akkus richtig eingelegt?
auf Fernbedienung • Sind die Batterien/Akkus leer?
• Richten Sie die Vorderseite der Fernbedienung (mit
der roten Abdeckung) auf die Vorderseite der TV-
/DVD-Kombi. Es muss eine direkte Sicht-verbindung
zwischen Vorderseite von TV-/DVD-Kombi und Fern-
bedienung geben.
Eingelegte CD/ • Ist die CD/DVD verschmutzt/verkratzt?
DVD wird nicht • Der Regionalcode der DVD stimmt nicht (muss „2" sein,
abgespielt siehe Aufdruck auf der DVD-Hülle).
• Es wurde eine CD eingelegt, die nicht abgespielt wer-
den kann (z.B. DVD mit JPG-Bildern oder MP3s, DivX-
CDs, inkompatibles VCD-/SVCD-Format, XVCDs usw.).
Etwa in der Mitte • Dieser Effekt ist normal. Da auf vielen DVDs zwei
des DVD-Films stoppt Schichten mit Daten des DVD-Films und des Bonus-

Electrical devices should not be handled by children. Be especially care-
ful when children are around as they could attempt to put objects
through the openings in the housing into the apparatus. There is the risk
of a fatal electric shock!
The apparatus may not become damp or wet. Do not put any vessels
with liquids, e.g. vases or plants, onto or alongside the product. Liquids
could enter the inside of the housing and in doing so impair the electrical
safety. Apart from this, there is the gravest danger of fire or a fatal elec-
tric shock!
In such cases, switch off the mains socket concerned (e.g. switch off
automatic fuse) and pull out the plug. The apparatus may not be operat-
ed after this. Take it to a specialist workshop.
Never connect the apparatus to the mains voltage when it has been tak-
en from a cold to a warm room. The condensation arising can, under
dertain circumstances, lead to disturbances in the function or to dam-
age; apart from this, there is the risk of a fatal electric shock. Allow the
apparatus to reach room temperature first before you connect it to the
mains voltage. This can take several hours!
Servicing, adjustment and repair work may only be carried out by a
spcialist or a specialist workshop. Never open the apparatus for this rea-
son!
If the electrical components are touched, there is the risk of a fatal elec-
tric shock! Capacitators can be charged for a very long period after the
apparatus has been disconnected from the mains!
Storms can be a danger for any electrical apparatus. Overvoltage on the
power line can damage the apparatus. Therefore, always disconnect the
apparatus from the mains. Also pull out the aerial cable. Deal with other
electrical/electronic apparatuses in the same way.
There are suitable accessories on the market which can reduce the risk
for the TV/DVD combination set, e.g. overvoltage filters or similar light-
ening protection devices. Such devices do not provided absolute pro-
tection in the case of overvoltage or lightening.
The accident prevention regulations of the Employer's Liability Insurance
Association for electrical Systems and Operating Materials are to be
observed in commercial institutions.
In schools, training institutions, hobby and self-help workshops, opera-
tion of the product is to be monitored under the responsibility of trained
personnel.
The apparatus is equipped with a laser clasified as 1. Incorrectly execut-
ed adjustment work can lead to dangerous laser radiation. There is an
instruction sign on the inside of the apparatus which, in the case of
repair, must be observed by the specialist.
