3. Explanation of symbols

The symbol showing a lightening in a triangle is used when our
health is at risk, e.g. through an electric shock.
The exclamation mark in a triangle indicates a particular risk in han-
dling, operating or controlling the product.
The hand symbol indicates special tips and operating information.

4. Safety instructions

The guarantee will be void if damage is incurred resulting from
non-compliance with these operating instructions! We assume
no liability for any consequential damage!
Nor do we assume liability for damage to property or personal
injury caused by improper use or failure to observe the safety
instructions. In such cases the warranty/guarantee is voided.
• The product must not be modified or rebuilt, as not only the CE
approval will become void but also the warranty/guarantee.
• Do not touch leaking or oxidised batteries with bare hands. Use
protective gloves.
• The product should not be exposed to extreme temperatures,
direct sunlight, intense vibration or heavy mechanical stress.
• After rapid changes in temperature, the product needs some time
to adjust to the surrounding temperature. Allow the components to
adjust to the surrounding temperature before using them.
• The product is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of chil-
dren!
• Please contact qualified personnel if you are unsure concerning
the safety or the correct use of the product.
