Prescribed Use

The stopwatch is used in measuring times or intermediate times as may
be required in the field of sports, or for any other purpose where exact
relative time measurement is required� It also shows exact time and date
information� The stop watch possesses various memory functions such as
a pacer memory and a lap memory with up to 300 records� It should only
be powered by a battery as specified in the section "Technical Data". Do
not operate the stopwatch when it is opened�
Unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the device are inadmissible
because of safety and approval reasons (CE)� The device is approved for
the use in closed rooms only� It must not be used outdoors� Do not expose
the device to moisture such as e�g� in bathrooms etc� Any use other than
the one described above is inadmissible and might damage the product�
Moreover, this involves dangers such as e.g. short-circuit, fire, electric
shock etc. No part of the product must be modified or rebuilt. Carefully
read the operating manual and keep it for future reference�
