B) Attaching On The Wing Halves - Reely Super Decathlon Bedienungsanleitung

Assemble the rudder horn (1) on the aileron so that the series of holes is in a
line with the rotary axis on the rudder (see sketch in figure 6b).
Screw the rudder horn to the counter plate and cut off the protruding screws
with the wire cutters.
Push the linkage rods (2) through the linkage connection (3) of the aileron
servo and hook the clevis (4) into the aileron rudder horn.
Secure the clevis by pushing on the rubber hull (5).
Important!
The servo horn must point inwards towards the plane fuselage.
Otherwise the wing braces cannot be mounted.
b) Attaching the Wing Halves
Check that the parts fit together properly before gluing the two halves of the
wing together. Put the wing together without glue and check that the compo-
nents can be connected without any gaps.
If this is not the case, you will need to adjust the wing joiners until this has been
achieved.
Apply 30-minute epoxy resin to the wing joiners (1), joiner hub (2), rib (3) on
both sides of the wing and the wing dowel (4).
Push the two halves together and wipe off any excess glue with a cloth. Secure
the join with adhesive tape and allow the glue to cure.
Our advice: While the glue is curing, secure the components with adhesive
tape.
