3. Intended use

This 2.4 GHz camera set with rechargeable battery is intended for object surveillance. The system
serves to monitor and secure secluded and/or critical areas (e.g. surveillance of a store, entrances, etc.).
Image transmission from the camera to the monitor is wireless at a frequency of 2.4 GHz.
The monitor has four camera receive channels.
The monitor serves to display the received camera images. In addition, another monitor or video
recorder can be connected to the monitor. The monitor is equipped with a video output.
Power for the camera (5 V/DC, 1000 mA) as well as for the monitor (5 V/DC, 1000 mA) is supplied using
the provided wall power supplies. The monitor can also be operated without the wall power supply using
the rechargeable battery (included in delivery). The camera has a built-in lithium-ion battery and can also
be operated without the wall power supply.
The camera, the monitor and the provided wall power supplies are intended for dry indoor use only.
Please note that you incur a penalty if you observe strangers with this camera without their knowing and
consent.
Any use other than the intended use described above is not permitted and may harm the product and
result in short circuits, fire, electric shocks etc. The whole product must not be modified or rebuilt. The
safety instructions in this user manual have to be followed absolutely. Please read the operating instruc-
tions carefully and keep them for future reference.
