Should your device no longer function properly, exhibit damages or require a spare part,
please contact the customer service centre. For your own safety, do not perform any repairs
yourself. The following table gives you tips on how to resolve minor problems yourself.

Has the mains plug been correctly inserted in the socket?
Correct the position of the mains plug.
Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
Check the fuse for your mains connection.
Is the dust bin too full? Empty the bin.
Are the fi lters heavily laden with dirt? Clean them.
Are the fi lters damaged or can they no longer be adequately clea-
ned? Contact customer service.
Is the nozzle in use plugged or is the suction hose plugged? Turn
the device off, pull the mains plug out of the socket and remove
the obstruction.
Is the fl oor nozzle or the turbo nozzle dirty? Remove the dirt.
Is the dust bin full? Empty the dust bin.
Have the dust fi lters been inserted correctly? Push the dust fi lter
fi rmly into the dust bin so that it rests up against the housing wall
on all sides.
Are you using the device for the fi rst time? An odour often deve-
lops when using new devices for the fi rst time. The odour should
disappear once you have used the device a few times.
Are the fi lters heavily laden with dirt? Clean them.
Is the dust fi lter damaged or can it no longer be adequately clea-
ned? Contact customer service.
