Chapter 3
If a high-pressure fuel pipe is broken or
has a crack
Warning! Ensure that fuel does not spray
onto the skin. Stop the engine if there is a
leakage of high-pressure fuel.
1. Stop the engine.
2. Remove the broken pipe from the
engine.
3. Connect the end of the pipe that is
not broken to the fuel injection pump. Put
the broken end of the pipe into a suitable
container.
4. Operate the engine at a reduced
speed on the remainder of the cylinders.
Empty the container at regular intervals.
If leakage occurs from a low pressure
fuel pipe
Temporarily stop the leak with a hose and
hose clips.
If leakage of lubricating oil occurs
1. Stop the engine immediately and try to
find the cause.
2. If the main flow can be reduced, put a
suitable container under the leakage point.
3. Fill the engine with new lubricating
oil at the same rate as the loss of oil
and frequently check the lubricating oil
pressure.

Se una tubazione del combustibile ad
alta pressione si è rotta o si è tagliata
Pericolo! Evitare il contatto del
combustibile con la pelle. Spegnere il
motore se vi è una perdita di combustibile
ad alta pressione.
1. Spegnere il motore.
2. Scollegare la tubazione rotta dal
motore.
3. Collegare il capo della tubazione non
danneggiato alla pompa di iniezione.
Infilare il capo rotto della tubazione in un
contenitore adatto.
4. Far funzionare il motore a regime
ridotto con gli altri tre cilindri. Svuotare il
contenitore ad intervalli regolari.
Se si verifica una perdita da una
tubazione di alimentazione a bassa
pressione
Riparare temporaneamente la perdita con
un flessibile e delle fascette.
Se si verifica una perdita di olio
lubrificante
1. Spegnere immediatamente il motore e
cercare di scoprire la causa.
2. Se la portata principale può essere
ridotta, infilare un contenitore adatto sotto
il punto che perde.
3. Riempire il motore con olio lubrificante
pulito in quantità pari alla perdita e
controllare frequentemente la pressione
dell'olio lubrificante.

Bruch oder Rissigkeit einer
Einspritzleitung
Vorsicht! Hautberührung mit dem
Kraftstoffstrahl unbedingt vermeiden. Bei
Undichtigkeiten im Hochdrucksystem der
Einspritzanlage den Motor abstellen.
1. Motor abstellen.
2. Beschädigte Leitung ausbauen.
3. Unbeschädigtes Leitungsende an der
Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe anschließen.
Beschädigtes Leitungsende in einen
geeigneten Behälter halten.
4. Motor mit geringer Drehzahl auf
den anderen Zylindern weiterbetreiben.
Behälter regelmäßig entleeren.
Undichte Niederdruckleitungen im
Kraftstoffsystem
Leckstelle kurzfristig mit einem Stück
Schlauch und Schlauchschellen
abdichten.
Schmierölaustritt
1. Motor sofort abstellen und Ursache für
Ölaustritt suchen.
2. Läßt sich die austretende Ölmenge
verringern, einen beeigneten Behälter
unter der Leckstelle aufstellen.
3. Motor regelmäßig mit neuem Motoröl
entsprechend der Verlustmenge auffüllen
und Motoröldruck häufig prüfen.
