The following objects are not suitable to be washed in a dishwasher.
1. Cutlery with handles made of wood, horn, china, or mother-of-pearl.
2. Not heat-resistant objects.
3. Cutlery with glued components, which are not heat-resistant.
4. Objects with components of synthetic resin.
5. Objects made of copper and/or tin.
6. Objects made of leaded crystal.
7. Objects made of steel which show signs of rust or are lightly corrosive.
8. Any object made of wood.
9. Objects made of synthetic fibres.
10. Objects soiled by cigarette ashes, wax, lacquers and paints.
The following objects are partially suitable to be washed in a
dishwasher.
1. Some glass types may become dead or cloudy after a large number of
programmes.
2. Objects made of silver or aluminium may decolourise.
3. Glazed motifs may dull when often washed in a dishwasher.

5.5 Instructions for loading the dish racks

 Remove any remnants of food from the dishes.
 Soak burnt food on pots and pans.
 Cutlery and dishes must never block the rotating spray arms.
 Place cups, glasses and pots upside down.
 The dishes must not touch or cover each other.
 Glasses must not touch each other.
 Place big dishes and dishes which are difficult to clean in the lower rack.
 Place small and delicate dishes such as glasses or cups in the upper rack.
