wade. Halten Sie sich am Zugturm fest. Das Bein ist fast gestreckt
und leicht nach innen geneigt.
Endposition: Führen Sie das Bein nach Außen.
Leg adduction:
Start position: Fix the loop on your joint and hold yourself on the
cabletower. The leg is slightly straight.
Endposition: Move your leg to the outside, away from the cable
tower.
Leg abduction:
Start position: Fix the loop on your joint and hold yourself on the
