Electric Connection
• Connect the orange line ILLUMINATION CONTROL (4) to the dashboard lighting of your vehicle. Once the
vehicle lighting is switched on, the moniceiver lighting dims to avoid blinding the driver in darkness.
• Connect the pink line PARKING BRAKE (5) to the switch for the hand brake. The contact to which this line is
connected must have ground contact with the hand brake engaged.

This connection ensures that movies can only be displayed with the hand brake engaged.
This is a safety measure to avoid accidents by distraction of the driver. Please gather information on
the corresponding provisions that apply in your country for this. It is possible that using the moniceiver
without this connection is violating the law.

Additional Audio and Video Connections

• Connect the sockets VIDEO IN/AUDIO IN L/R (1) to the video output of the external video source.

An audio device can be connected to this input as well without using the input VIDEO IN at the rear of
the device. In this case, the image can, of course, not be played back.
• Connect the outputs VIDEO OUT 1 and VIDEO OUT 2 (2) to the video inputs of the additional screens.
• Connect the video output of your reversing camera to the connection BACKUP CAMERA (3).

Once the reverse gear is engaged, the reversing camera's image will automatically appear on the
display.
• Connect the socket SUBWOOFER OUT to the input of the subwoofer power amplifier.
• Connect the sockets REAR LINE OUT R/L to the inputs of the rear power amplifier.
• Connect the sockets FRONT LINE OUT R/L to the inputs of the front power amplifier.
