8.6 Image

Backlight:
o Off
o BLC (Backlight Compensation):
If the object is exposed to strong backlight, you can enable the BLC function
in order to achieve a clear picture of both the object itself and the background
o HLC (Highlight Compensation):
o Highlights in the picture (e.g. caused by a car's lights) are removed which
makes the picture sharper.
Contrast:
o D-WDR
o Defog
Positive/Negative
H-mirror: Horizontally
Privacy: Up to 8 areas can be defined as privacy zones which will be covered on the
screen.
o Mask LV: Define the colour to cover the area.
o Mask area.: Define the number of the privacy zone (1 to 8).
o Display: Define whether the privacy should be displayed or not.
o Top, bottom, left, right: Define the position of the privacy zone.

8.7 DNR

Image noise can be reduced by a filter. The sensitivity can be set to low, middle or high.

o Area number: 1 to 4
o Area use: Define whether the motion should be displayed or not
o Top, bottom, left, right: Define the position of the motion zone.
