The HEYNER ® Capsula child car seats HEYNER ® Capsula child car seats have their own 5-point safety harness (G). Adjust the size of
the harness system to your child by adjusting the headrest (A).
To do this, put the HEYNER ® child car seat HEYNER ® child car seat on a normal chair and place the child into it. To ensure
optimum belt run, the shoulder pad belts (SG), depending on the size of the child, have to run direc-
tly in the middle of the shoulders (Fig. 1a), not too high (Fig. 1b) and not too deep (Fig.1C). To adjust
the height of the headrest (A) to the size of your child touch the back of the headrest and pull the
lever (H) up. Now you can, depending on the size of your child, adjust the headrest (A) to the desired
height. Once you have reached the right height, release the lever (H) and the headrest (A) locks into
the desired height.

1.3.1. Conditions 1.3.1. Conditions
For fi xing with ISOFIX (I) and Top Tether (TT) there is a
"semi-universal" approval. For this reason, these seats can only be used in certain cars.
The seat has to be used with the ISOFIX fastening system (I) and the Top Tether (TT). Based on the list
of types you know, in which cars and with which seats the HEYNER®CapsulaMultiFix ERGO 3D
HEYNER®Capsula MultiFix AERO can be used. The current version can be found on HEYNER®Capsula MultiFix AERO

Before you place the HEYNER ® Capsula MultiFix ERGO 3D / HEYNER® Capsula MultiFix AERO HEYNER ® Capsula MultiFix ERGO 3D / HEYNER® Capsula MultiFix AERO on the
car seat, fasten if necessary the two supplied installation aids (IH) to the ISOFIX anchors (IA) in your
car. Now take the Top Tether (TT) and put it forward over the seat. Put the HEYNER® child car seat
onto the car seat in driving direction.

Turn the ISOFIX (IE) fi xing lever slightly upwards while pulling the two ISOFIX terminals (IK) as far
out as possible. Release the ISOFIX fi xing lever (IE) and make sure that the two terminals do not
slip back again.

Now put the two ISOFIX terminals (IK) to the ISOFIX anchors (IA) on the car and click them into
place until you hear a << click >> << click >>.

Please check with the help of the marks on BOTH SIDES
two ISOFIX anchors (IA) of the car.
GREEN: the terminal is fi xed CORRECTLY GREEN CORRECTLY.
RED: the terminal is fi xed NOT CORRECTLY RED NOT CORRECTLY, please correct it!
Only a proper fi xing of BOTH TERMINALS BOTH TERMINALS guarantees the provided hold of the seat and the
protection of your child in the car!

Now turn the fi xing lever ISOFIX (IE) slightly upwards and push the seat as far as it goes onto the
seat back of the car. Let the ISOFIX arms (IM) click into place with an audible << click >>

Now take the Top Tether (TT) and put it under the head rest along to the appropriate Top Tether
anchor point of the car.
This can be found in the instruction manual of the car. Click the Top Tether into place and pull the
belt tightly. Please check again, if the child car seat is fi xed safely on the seat.
