• To de-activate this function, push the button again. Playback continues in normal order from here.

Search function

• Push the button F/PS (8) to activate the search function.
• Select the desired track number with the rotary control (10).
If the track number has several digits, push the rotary control (10) to enter more digits.
• Push the rotary control (10) to play back the desired track.
Calling information on the currently played title
• During playback of an MP3 title, the display will automatically show the ID3-tag information alternatingly.
• Push the BND / ID3 button (12) to switch between ID3 tag displays.
e) USB/Memory Card Operation
The device is equipped with a USB interface and a SD memory card reader. MP3 files stored on these media cannot
be played.
Do not connect any MP3-player to the USB interface if it is battery-operated. The USB interface
power supply may charge the inserted batteries and cause overheating or explosion of a battery.
USB media up to 32 GB and a power intake of up to max. 500 mA can be connected to the USB interface.
Only USB storage media can be operated at the USB socket. MP3 players with a USB port usually switch
into PC mode when this port is connected. In this mode, music files cannot be played. However, you may
connect the audio output of your MP3 player to the AUX (19).
Supports SD or SDHC cards up to 32 GB.
The media must be formatted in FAT or FAT 32.
Due to the great variety of USB and SD storage media and their different functions, some of which are
very producer-specific, we cannot guarantee that all media will be recognized and that all the operational
functions are available on this device.
If the storage medium is not recognised, remove it and insert it again.
• Connect your USB storage medium with the USB port (21).
• If you use a SD memory card, insert it into the memory card reader (23).
• The player switches to the respective input automatically and starts playback.
• The last inserted medium is selected automatically each time.
• Operation is identical with CD playback of MP3 files.
