Warranty

Voidance of warranty rights
Safe operation of the signal multiplexer is possible only if this User's Manual
is read completely before installation and operation of the unit and the rules
and notes contained in it are observed.
You should also read and comply with the documentation provided by the
makers of all equipment connected to the signal multiplexer.
• Keep the User's Manual handy in the vicinity of the unit.
• Use the signal multiplexer only in a technically correct condition.
Have any damage or faults repaired immediately by an authorized person.
• Power supply:
Before putting the unit into service, check that the mains voltage is
suitable for the power supply unit. If necessary, set the supply voltage
correctly on the unit. Use only the mains cable supplied with the unit.
• When inserting and removing the mains plug:
– never pull by the cable,
– do not touch the mains plug with wet hands.
• Modification or repair of the unit by the operator is forbidden!
• Use only original accessories.
• If liquid is spilt on the multiplexer, disconnect all cables and consult your

• Do not expose the multiplexer to excessive heat.
Such exposure can damage not only the outside of the unit but also the
internal circuitry and components.
• Clean the unit only with a soft cloth moistened with water or detergent.
Alcohol, thinners and similar chemicals will damage the surface of the
case.
LINDY Electronics Ltd. provides a warranty for six months, starting on the
date of delivery, on all mechanical and electrical components. Further details
can be found in the enclosed General Business Conditions of LINDY
Electronics Ltd..
The warranty rights become void if
– cables other then original Signum
– unpermissible modifications are made to the unit.
